About this Apprenticeship
Evonik Logistics Services GmbH is seeking a warehouse team coordinator (m/f/d) for its Bonn warehouse. The listed location is Wesseling; duties also include loading work at the Bonn-Beuel site and providing cover for warehouse control, including site security in Bonn. As Evonik's internal logistics partner, the company supports the supply chain from incoming raw materials to the worldwide shipment of finished products.
What You'll Learn
- Independently handle logistics tasks in the assigned area, following general instructions
- Manage and organise warehouse work in line with current work instructions and ensure compliance with accident prevention rules throughout your area of responsibility
- Provide technical oversight and supervision of loading staff in the assigned area
- Check that transport vehicles are suitable for safe loading
- Record completed checks in the designated checklists
- Carry out loading duties at the Bonn-Beuel site and provide cover for warehouse control, including site security in Bonn
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable training
- Professional experience relevant to the position
- A forklift licence is required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customers
- Strong commitment to work and an independent, organised way of working
