Starting 01.08.2027, we are looking for apprentices for the EWE VERTRIEB GmbH for a future as a Business Management Specialist for Retail Sales (w/d/m). You want to take responsibility, love contact with people, and want to understand how modern retail works? Then our high-school graduate program for Business Management Specialist for Retail Sales (w/d/m) is just right for you. You can expect a combination of commercial apprenticeship, intensive practice, and a recognized further education at bachelor's level. 3 years: In the first 1.5 years, you will first learn all processes in the EWE shop. Afterwards, you deepen your knowledge in sales control, personnel management, leadership and communication, customer orientation, and marketing in retail. Your apprenticeship takes place mainly in the regional EWE shops as well as in the central areas in Oldenburg. The theoretical content is taught in the form of ten block seminars of two weeks each at the Retail Education Center in Goslar. Catering and accommodation in Goslar are provided by us for these periods.

Customer consulting and service: we show you the right way to deal with customers and teach you the necessary know-how about telecommunications, internet, electricity, and gas; Implementation of sales-promoting measures: you learn how to develop and implement targeted marketing measures for the EWE product world to inspire our customers; Sale of products and services in the energy and telecommunications industry: we give you the skills for successful contract conclusion; Shop organization from A to Z: from analysis of sales figures to organization of work processes to personnel and deployment planning, you learn everything; Merchandise management know-how: you gain knowledge about ordering, goods receipt, and warehouse processes

University of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur); Interest in trade, sales, and commercial processes; Enjoyment of dealing with people and strong communication skills; Sense of responsibility, reliability, and team spirit; Organizational talent and good numerical understanding
