Working Student Sales at the Feldkirchen site

At the Excelitas site in Feldkirchen, highly complex optomechatronic components, assemblies and systems are developed and produced. As a working student you support the sales team in daily business and gain insight into the entire B2B sales process.

• Support our sales team in daily business and gain exciting insight into the entire B2B sales process
• Processing and coordinating customer inquiries is part of your tasks, as is creating quotations
• In contact with (international) customers and internal departments you learn how successful customer care and teamwork in sales work
• Maintaining and analyzing sales-relevant data in our CRM system and supporting evaluations and reports round off your daily work
• You also help with sales campaigns, mailings and the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and customer events
• Organizing customer visits and preparing meetings and presentations are also part of your role
• You independently take on organizational and administrative tasks and actively contribute to sales success

• You are an enrolled student (f/m/d), for example in a business, technical or comparable degree program
• You are interested in sales, customer communication and international business processes
• Your strengths include a structured, reliable and self-responsible way of working
• You keep an overview and organize yourself independently even with several parallel tasks
• You have good to very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ideally you can and want to support us for at least one year
