Training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology

Training at a medium-sized electrical trade company specialising in electrical systems construction, switchgear construction, traffic control technology and 24-hour service. Assignments take place on major construction projects in Saxony, Berlin and the surrounding area, including hospitals, hotels, industrial and commercial halls, data and logistics centres and schools.

• Electrical installation on major projects from transformers to power sockets
• Assemble and test electrical systems
• Analyse faults and maintain equipment and systems
• Service and maintain building technology systems, such as lighting and building automation systems

• Intermediate secondary school certificate or good lower secondary school certificate
• Strong performance in mathematics and physics
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights
• Care, reliability, adaptability and a sense of responsibility
