Bookkeeper / Accountant

Join a four-person accounting team working directly at a client's premises in Heilbronn and take responsibility for key financial accounting tasks. These include accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting, as well as helping prepare or independently preparing financial statements, depending on your experience.

• Work in a four-person accounting team directly at the client's premises in Heilbronn and take responsibility for key financial accounting tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting, and correctly record all business transactions.
• Help reconcile accounts and resolve general ledger account queries.
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements or prepare them independently, depending on experience.
• Work closely with different departments and contribute ideas to improve processes.

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant or certified accountant, or a degree focusing on accounting or finance
• Several years of experience in accounting, financial accounting or preparing financial statements
• An organised, independent and careful approach to work
• Confident use of common ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Willingness to work on site in Heilbronn at least three days a week
