Information Security Operations Lead

Leading national and international information security projects and initiatives while actively advancing operational information security.

Leading national and international information security projects and initiatives; contributing local requirements to national and global technical working groups; supporting the implementation of group-wide security standards; coordinating security findings, tickets, audits and corrective actions; advancing operational information security through Microsoft Purview Information Labeling, penetration tests, security software assessments and security process optimisation; preparing relevant topics for management and internal stakeholders and strengthening the organisation’s security mindset through onboarding and training.

Completed degree in computer science, IT security, business informatics or a comparable qualification; several years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT governance or security operations; experience managing security projects, cross-functional initiatives and remediation measures; professional stakeholder management; confidence in management dialogue and strong communication skills; structured, independent and solution-oriented working style; very good German and English skills.
