Intern / Working Student Audit Innovation & Digital Solutions

You work in a small team on innovative digital solutions for auditing and support the further development of our Audit Services. Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure that our digital applications function reliably in daily use and are continuously optimized. Your focus is on supporting operational, support, and knowledge processes. This includes, among other things, the creation and maintenance of FAQs, training materials, knowledge articles, and documentation. You analyze user feedback as well as usage and support data and support the identification of improvement opportunities for our products and services. In addition, you accompany the handover of new Audit Solutions from development and rollout into regular operation and gain exciting insights into product management, service management, and the digital transformation of auditing.

Studies in business informatics, computer science, economics, data science, business mathematics, or industrial engineering Enthusiasm for digital products, new technologies, and the digital transformation of auditing Interest in topics such as IT service management, product management, knowledge management, or customer support Ideally first experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, ServiceNow, or comparable platforms Very good German and English skills as well as an independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
