Become part of our future and start your apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk – Purchasing / Commercial Control on 1 September 2027 at the Fraunhofer Headquarters, Munich.

You learn the basics of office management and simultaneously gain insights into various departments such as purchasing, research construction, accounting, financial management and project finance. You support the specialist departments from the initial requirement notification through the procurement process to invoice verification and payment – across all topics, whether promotional materials, services, laboratory equipment or construction projects. In particular, you learn how to plan and manage tasks cleverly – from appointment organization with your colleagues to the processing of projects. For your apprenticeship you use state-of-the-art IT (e.g. notebook, iPad, SAP) – both on-site, fully virtual and hybrid.

Ideally a good to very good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or the (technical) high school diploma (we are open to different career paths). Enjoy working with numbers and business topics as well as analytical talent. Interest in finance- and number-oriented corporate areas such as purchasing and controlling. A structured way of working, commitment, openness and willingness to learn.
