You prepare dishes, plan menu sequences, and present products as well as advise guests. You learn work and kitchen techniques and the application of hygiene regulations. Purchasing and ordering of raw materials and ingredients as well as control and storage of goods. You also consider nutritional, economic, and ecological aspects. Practical assignments take place in the company's own canteen on the Freudenberg Campus in Weinheim. From the beginning, you are accompanied by experienced trainers and are prepared step by step for your field of activity after completion of the apprenticeship.
