Dual Study Program (B.A.) - Business Administration, Digital Business Management Start 2027

One-month pre-internship to get to know the corporate group, followed by the start of the six-semester study program with continuous alternation between lectures at the Dual University and practical assignments. Lecture subjects in the theoretical phases include general and specific business administration, economics, law, competencies in digital transformation processes, digital economy, and methodically oriented additional qualifications, e.g., in foreign languages, case study work, method and social competence. Assignments during the practical phases in various business functions of the corporate group with a focus on business processes and support processes as well as their digital transformation, e.g., purchasing, logistics, sales, marketing, finance and accounting, controlling, or human resources. Additional training elements are seminars for personality development, IT training, a multi-day team-building event, and a guaranteed stay abroad. From the beginning, experienced trainers accompany you and prepare you step by step for your field of activity after graduation.

Successfully completed Abitur or subject-restricted higher education entrance qualification with good grades in general education subjects, or Fachhochschulreife (with passed DHBW study ability test). Great interest in economic processes and contexts with an international orientation. High affinity for digitalization. Good written and oral communication skills. Good English skills in word and writing. Good IT skills (MS Office). Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, independence, team spirit, creativity, flexibility, willingness to learn, and good manners.
