Process & Systems Architect - Key User Payroll & Time Management

For the People & Culture department at the plants in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Lommatzsch or Bobenheim-Roxheim, FRoSTA is looking for a Process & Systems Architect who will start on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

Administering and improving SAP ECP and ATOSS processes; acting as key user for time management and payroll systems; supporting colleagues at multiple locations; analyzing requirements, testing and implementing system changes; supporting releases and projects; ensuring data quality; identifying optimization opportunities; and providing guidance, training and knowledge transfer to end users.

Experience in payroll administration, workforce or time management, or a comparable HR role; strong interest in systems, digital processes and HR technologies; experience with SAP ECP and/or ATOSS is an advantage; analytical and structured working style; strong communication skills; good written and spoken English; willingness to travel and regular presence in Bremerhaven.
