Process & Systems Architect - Key User Payroll and Time Management

The People & Culture department is seeking a permanent Process and Systems Architect for payroll and time management at one of the locations in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Lommatzsch or Bobenheim-Roxheim.

Manage and continuously optimize SAP ECP and ATOSS processes with specialist departments and Process & Systems Architects; support teams with questions about time management and payroll; analyze requirements, test and implement system changes; support releases and projects; ensure data quality and identify optimization opportunities; advise end users, conduct training and promote knowledge transfer.

Experience in payroll and time management or in a comparable People & Culture or HR role; strong affinity for systems and interest in digital processes and HR technologies; knowledge of SAP ECP and/or ATOSS is an advantage but not required; analytical and structured working style; strong communication skills; good written and spoken English; willingness to travel and regular presence in Bremerhaven.
