• Record, check and assign invoices and receipts to accounts, including payment reminders
• Support accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• Maintain and analyse data in ERP and BI systems
• Reconcile accounts and resolve differences
• Help prepare financial analyses, reports and evaluations
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a comparable degree programme
• Strong understanding of numbers and an analytical approach
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• A high degree of independence, reliability and accuracy
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Initial practical experience in finance is an advantage but not required
