Showroom Manager / Bathroom Consultant at Elements

As a specialist showroom of Karl Brand KG, ELEMENTS works with skilled trades to offer the easiest way to a new bathroom. It is looking for a showroom manager / bathroom consultant at the Lemgo site, in the team of Germany's largest bathroom supplier with over 270 locations nationwide.

• Lead a skilled, service-minded and commercially successful sales team at our Lemgo site
• Design the showrooms for the greatest possible sales success
• Responsibility for revenue on the sales floor
• Continuously improve work processes and exchange ideas regularly with the sales management
• Motivate staff to inspire both new and existing customers

• Completed training as a wholesale or retail clerk
• Relevant sales experience (at least 3 years) in plumbing, heating and air conditioning, plus a passion for selling
• Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Convincing communication style, both with your team and with customers
• Positive presence and very good German skills in speech and writing
