- Preparation of monthly financial statements and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Preparation of VAT advance returns
- Processing of business transactions in ongoing financial / fixed asset and accounts payable accounting as well as cost center accounting (fixed assets, banks, travel expenses, G/L accounts, cost creditors, payment transactions, etc.)
- Account maintenance and reconciliation in SAP
- Support of the team in correct invoicing and invoice management
- Handling of general administrative tasks
- Participation in the redesign of processes

Requirements
- We wish from you
- Completed commercial training with additional qualification as certified accountant, alternatively tax clerk or certified tax specialist
- Professional experience (>3 years) in finance and accounting of a medium-sized company or in a tax consultancy
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as user knowledge of SAP
- Strong cost awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team spirit, organizational talent, and a high degree of initiative
