About this Apprenticeship

- Advising projects on architecture requirements and conducting reviews to ensure a high-quality IT landscape
- Applying architecture standards to develop target images for transparent and sustainable IT structures
- Documenting and analyzing the existing system landscape and supporting transformation and digitalization projects
- Accompanying and participating in IT transformation projects for a future-oriented enterprise architecture
- Close collaboration and coordination with IT teams and specialist departments to develop and implement architecture concepts
- Establishing and implementing IT governance and standards to promote system stability and scalability
- Creating and maintaining architecture models and solution designs in ArchiMate to visualize business processes, applications, data flows and system dependencies.
- Reducing complexity and system redundancies in the IT landscape
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience (at least 5 years) in developing IT architectures and solution designs for complex systems
- Sound knowledge of modeling enterprise and solution architectures (ArchiMate, TOGAF or comparable frameworks)
- Relevant experience in transformation, digitalization or ERP projects
- Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and mapping them to IT solutions
- Ideally experience as SAP module consultant, business analyst or solution architect in a complex corporate environment
- Ability to communicate complex issues appropriately to specialist departments, project teams and management
- Enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders
- You value on-site collaboration and are regularly present at our location in Stuhr near Bremen
- Fluent German skills mandatory (at least C1 level)
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
