Apprenticeship Completion Responsibility Apprenticeship Daily Life

Hey, I'm Benni and I recently completed my apprenticeship as a management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade. After my apprenticeship, I will stay at CORDES & GRAEFE OSNABRÜCK and join the tool sales department. I've been here since February and have already accompanied many projects. I'd like to tell you a bit more about three of these projects: TOOL WALL DESIGN In our ABEXes there are presentation areas for tools, which we call tool walls. I was allowed to completely replan and design the tool wall in the ABEX Emsdetten. I worked with the ABEX colleague on site to decide which tools we want to present. Once the plan was set, I drove to the ABEX and got to implement everything in reality. By the way, I will also be allowed to redesign the tool walls in some other ABEXes in the future. COUNTER DAYS Together with Marie from the tool team and some other colleagues, I attended two counter days. Counter days take place in our ABEXes and give us the opportunity to talk to our customers on site, make contacts, and present products. I got to decide myself which tools we show our customers in the ABEXes in Ahaus and Minden and how we present ourselves. My colleagues supported me with advice and action. CONEL BULLI TOUR With the CONEL BULLI – full of many cool tools from CONEL TOOLS – Marie and I were also on tour. We visited some of our specialist craftsmen and showed them the large product variety of CONEL TOOLS. I think it's really cool that I was already properly involved in my department as an APPRENTICE and I'm looking forward to being a permanent part of the tool team after my apprenticeship!
