What You'll Learn
- Learn about retail and the product range during the 3-year apprenticeship.
- Rotate through every sales department and learn about customer service and business performance figures.
- Order, receive, store and shelve products.
- Display products in a way that appeals to customers.
- Support sales promotions and decorate the store for each season.
Requirements
- You have your midyear school report or an intermediate school leaving certificate, such as a Realschulabschluss.
- You are keen to learn more about our product range.
- You enjoy approaching people and greet everyone with a smile.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and able to work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- Explore retail and our varied product range during your 3-year apprenticeship.
- Rotate through every sales department and become an expert in customer service and business performance figures.
- Help order, receive, store and shelve our different products.
- Learn how to display products in a way that appeals to customers.
- Help sales promotions succeed and keep the store looking right for each season.
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and 6 weeks of holiday each year.
- A qualified trainer and thorough exam preparation help you build practical skills and knowledge for the future.
- After passing your final exam, you have an excellent chance of being offered a job. You also receive a bonus for good results in your apprenticeship.
- Individual development opportunities and a wide range of further training.
- Events and competitions, such as fitfortrade, plus various discounts on fitness and leisure activities and the Deutschland-Ticket.
- All pay, holiday bonus and Christmas bonus information follows the current pay agreement.
