Our three-year programme for school leavers with Abitur is an alternative to university and, with a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, lets you build a career without studying.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, presenting goods, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: you gain a lot of theory from experienced colleagues and in regular block classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you are prepared for staff leadership and personnel management so you can later run a store.

• School qualification: full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur - dropouts from university are also warmly welcome
