Strategic Campaign Manager Digital Sales

With your campaigns you drive digital sales and help develop our online shop into a customer-focused marketing platform. You plan and optimize cross-channel campaigns together with teams and wholesale partners.

• You design, structure, create, analyze and optimize digital sales campaigns in e-commerce.
• You plan campaigns and develop suitable strategies together with our wholesale partners.
• You create newsletters and take care of sending them.
• You manage projects and coordinate with online category management, marketing, e-commerce product development and e-commerce intelligence.
• You make decisions within your campaigns and bring the people involved together.
• You further develop our cross-channel campaign management with omnichannel campaigns.
• You help us expand the online shop into a customer-focused marketing platform.

• At least two years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce or online marketing. B2B sales or industry experience is welcome but not required.
• No specific degree needed. Studies or training in e-commerce, marketing, communication or business administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of designing and running e-commerce campaigns
• Confident use of newsletter or marketing automation tools. Experience with mobile and onsite campaigns is a plus.
• Project management knowledge and confident use of Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience with analytics tools, interest in numbers and metrics, good sense of design and graphics. Basics in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and confident use of AI tools and agents are welcome.
• Fluent German. English skills at B2 level are an advantage.
