Change Manager AI

You ensure that AI solutions arrive in everyday work and are used. With your change and communication approach, you accompany their introduction – from PDF order capture to AI telephone switchboards and assistants. Specifically, this involves: You analyze impacts, stakeholders, readiness for change and risks and derive appropriate change measures. You control change, communication and adoption for AI solutions – from PDF order capture to AI telephone switchboards and assistants. You advise managers, create target-group-specific content and design trainings, onboarding, workshops and dialogue formats. You network change agents and key users and coordinate the approach with project teams, IT and specialist departments – also on site in partner houses. You evaluate usage data and feedback, develop key figures and recommendations and transfer learnings into improvements and scalable standards.

• You network change agents and key users and coordinate the approach with project teams, IT and specialist departments – also on site in partner houses.
• You evaluate usage data and feedback, develop key figures and recommendations and transfer learnings into improvements and scalable standards.

• You have completed a suitable degree, a suitable vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in change and adoption management and have ideally accompanied technology or AI introductions.
• You know change, stakeholder and adoption methods and apply them appropriately to the respective situation.
• You communicate very securely in German, convey complex topics understandably and advise managers confidently.
• You listen attentively, build trust and work constructively with different interests even without authority to issue instructions.
• You can classify data and feedback, prioritize clearly and keep an overview even with parallel projects.
• You are willing to travel nationwide.
• Experience with generative AI, Microsoft 365, change communication or decentralized structures is an advantage.
