Head of Field Sales

SCHEDLER KG is looking for a leader who develops the experienced field sales team, strengthens it through coaching and achieves lasting business success. The official base is Siegen, and the sales area stretches roughly between Lüdenscheid and Gießen, south of Kassel and east of Cologne.

• Regularly accompany and coach field sales staff in the market
• Further develop sales structures, processes and ways of working
• Take responsibility for revenue, contribution margin, customer development, new customer acquisition and sales productivity
• Develop key customer relationships and represent interests towards trades and industry
• Contribute own ideas to developing the sales organisation

• Sales-enthusiastic personality with a strong feel for people
• Knowledge of the SHK market and the interplay of trades, wholesale and industry
• Ideally well connected in the region
• Willingness to take responsibility, think economically and be measured by results
• Willingness to question the status quo
