• Identifying and ordering spare parts from electronic and printed catalogues
• Receiving, ordering and booking in customer orders
• Picking parts to process workshop orders
• Issuing goods to the workshop
• Supporting internal campaigns to optimise and update stock levels
• Continuous monitoring of stock levels and handling stock discrepancies with reporting
• Processing backorders
• Receiving and checking deliveries and storing them in assigned storage locations
• Activities to ensure smooth operation in the parts warehouse and customer deliveries

• Intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlere Reife), very good manners and a confident manner
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and organisational ability
• Enthusiasm for the Porsche brand
• Flexibility and strong self-motivation
• Teamwork skills
• Very good German and good English skills
