Specialist Advisor Sanitary Technology Inside Sales Customer Service

Advise and support our customers in the field of sanitary and installation from initial consultation through to complete order processing. Handle customer inquiries independently and develop tailored solutions for technical and demanding issues. Create needs-based offers and accompany the entire sales process through to successful completion. Convince our customers through competent, reliable and service-oriented advice on the phone and in daily contact. Work closely with the field sales team and ensure reliable and holistic customer service. Strengthen existing customer relationships through sound technical expertise, personal support and solution-oriented action. Identify additional sales opportunities and actively support the sustainable expansion of our business.

• Completed technical or commercial training in the SHK environment or wholesale, for example as a plant mechanic SHK, sanitary installer, technician, master craftsman or management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade.
• Professional experience in sanitary wholesale, SHK trade or technical inside sales.
• Good knowledge of sanitary technology and a sound understanding of products, applications and processes in the specialist trade.
• Enjoyment of consulting and sales, a reliable manner on the phone and a structured, independent way of working.
• Nice to have: Experience in preparing offers, order processing or working with an ERP system.
