Inside Sales Employee in Building Technology Sales

• Advise our customers by phone and digitally on products and solutions in the field of building technology.
• Manage orders from recording to timely delivery, keeping all important details in view.
• Clarify technical, commercial and logistical questions together with suppliers and internal departments.
• Support the field service in caring for existing customers and acquiring new orders.
• Maintain customer, article and order data reliably in our ERP system.
• Ensure a smooth flow of information and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and installation. Motivated career changers with relevant practical experience are also welcome.
• Experience in inside sales, central sales or telephone customer consulting.
• Good knowledge in building technology is an advantage.
• Structured, reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of consulting, teamwork and direct customer contact.
• Nice to have: Product and market knowledge in the trades.
