Full-Time After-Sales Service Administrator

Gienger Erlstätt KG is seeking a full-time after-sales service administrator. A regional specialist wholesaler and member of the GC Group, the company supplies building services products to plumbing, heating and air conditioning trades. The role focuses on support after purchase, prompt solutions and lasting customer satisfaction.

• Be the first point of contact for customers with complaints and service enquiries.
• Handle damage to goods and damage during delivery or transport promptly and reliably, focusing on solutions.
• Review complaints, warranty cases and damage reports, and manage the next steps.
• Coordinate returns to manufacturers, working closely with suppliers and internal departments.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication focused on service.
• Find practical solutions and follow cases through to successful completion.
• Help build lasting customer relationships and maintain service quality through your commitment.

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, experience in customer service, internal sales or complaints management
• Enjoy handling customer enquiries reliably and finding solutions
• A strong focus on service and a good understanding of customers' needs
• A friendly, reliable and professional manner, particularly on the phone
• Organisational skills, initiative and team spirit
• A structured approach to work and the ability to keep track of several cases at once
• Confidence using standard MS Office applications
