Inside Sales Representative in Heating / Sanitary Full-time

Your sound technical expertise and your skillful handling of customers are in demand. Your solution-oriented competence and friendliness on the phone determine how well they feel looked after. After a thorough induction into all products and processes, you are the first point of contact (f/m/d) for our customers. Your role is to further bind "your" fixed customer base to us. Your tasks range from the advisory conversation through active sales, individual quotation preparation and follow-up to order processing. The recording and clarification of complaints also falls within your area of responsibility. In everything you do, you work closely with our field service. You are also supported by our well-coordinated teams from other specialist departments. Here everyone helps everyone!

After your commercial or technical training, you have gained several years of professional experience in the heating and sanitary sector. Important to us is your convincing, sales-oriented and closing-strong personality as a relationship manager and partner to your customers.
