This is what it's about: You are the first point of contact for a fixed customer base – from order negotiation to order support. Your challenge is to manage market development in your territory, secure it sustainably, and achieve above-average growth in your area. With your technical knowledge and personable manner, you convince at all times when it comes to acquiring new customers, expanding existing customers, and consolidating and promoting promising customer relationships. With your drive for initiative and ability to inspire enthusiasm for our comprehensive product portfolio, you advise skilled tradespeople, planners, and commercial customers both technically and commercially. You conduct price and contract negotiations on site with customers. • After your commercial and/or technical training, ideally in heating, climate, and ventilation technology or electrical engineering, you have gained several years of professional experience in our industry and acquired comprehensive product knowledge in ventilation technology
• Important to us is your convincing, sales-oriented, and closing-confident personality as a relationship manager and partner to your customers, whom you like to visit on site
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
