Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are a strategic sparring partner for defined business areas within our holding company. In a dynamic environment, you actively shape HR as a driver of change, professionalization, and scaling. You connect business, organization, and HR to effective, pragmatic solutions – with a view of the big picture and joy in hands-on work.

Advising managers and management on an equal footing on all personnel and organization-related issues. Collection, analysis, preparation, and use of HR metrics as a basis for decisions and control. Harmonization and further development of HR processes, roles, and interfaces within the holding company, as well as promotion of cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration through clear structures, common standards, and transparent HR logics. Translation of business and departmental strategies into pragmatic HR and organizational solutions. Close cooperation with the HR Competence Centers (HR Admin, Recruiting & Employer Branding, PE & OE). Active participation in organizational and personnel development and support of change and growth processes as well as the further development of leadership, culture, and collaboration.

Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role. Very good understanding of personnel and organizational development, transformation processes, and HR process landscapes. High affinity for numbers and experience working with HR metrics, analyses, and evaluations. Structured, pragmatic working style with a clear implementation orientation. Strong consulting competence, sovereignty, and assertiveness. Excellent communication and moderation skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
