IT Support 1st and 2nd Level Support

You record and process incoming IT support requests in 1st and 2nd level – by phone, email and directly on site. As a central contact person, you support the entire Hempelmann team with user questions about IT applications, analyze errors and reliably resolve malfunctions. You configure and operate network components (routers, switches, access points), IP cameras, telephone systems as well as Windows and Linux servers. Through your commitment you ensure smooth IT operations and actively contribute to high user satisfaction.

• You record and process incoming IT support requests in 1st and 2nd level – by phone, email and directly on site.
• As a central contact person, you support the entire Hempelmann team with user questions about IT applications, analyze errors and reliably resolve malfunctions.
• You configure and operate network components (routers, switches, access points), IP cameras, telephone systems as well as Windows and Linux servers.
• Through your commitment you ensure smooth IT operations and actively contribute to high user satisfaction.

• You have a completed IT apprenticeship or several years of relevant professional experience in IT support.
• Sound knowledge of Windows 11 & Windows Server, Apple iOS & macOS as well as network technology (preferably Aruba, HP).
• Experience in software distribution with Baramundi and in direct end-user support (1st & 2nd level).
• Experience with IP-controlled cameras, M365 applications, Power Automate / Power Platform and WW90 is desirable.
• You convince with initiative, service orientation and communication skills in the team and towards users.
• Very good German skills in word and writing are a matter of course for you.
