- Protection: You find suitable insurance solutions for private customers of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future with ease.
- Advice: The focus is on what truly matters to our customers. You identify their needs and guide them personally or digitally toward more security.
- Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win over new customers with individual insurance concepts.
- Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and the team with your knowledge, so you all become even more successful together.
Requirements
- Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in selling personal and property insurance
- Strong communication skills, empathy and pronounced customer orientation
- Digital affinity and initiative
