Assistant to the Head of Purchasing - Strategic Purchasing

CORDES & GRAEFE KG is the holding company of the GC GROUP, Germany's leading wholesaler for building technology. At the Hennef location, you support the head of strategic purchasing and contribute with your structured work to strengthening cooperation with suppliers and information flow within the GC GROUP.

• You support the head of strategic purchasing in their diverse tasks.
• You communicate with internal and external interfaces on a national and international level.
• You create presentations and prepare evaluations.
• You handle administrative preparations.
• You create and maintain the reporting system.
• You coordinate, organize, and accompany events, appointments, and training sessions.
• You take minutes and record meeting results in a traceable manner.
• You manage authorization controls.

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable university degree.
• Experience in purchasing and confident use of SAP and Microsoft tools are an advantage, but not required.
• You like to communicate, think analytically, and work in a structured and independent manner.
• You bring organizational talent and a willingness to develop further.
• English skills are an advantage, but not required; you are also willing to travel for about one business trip per quarter.
• For this position, your presence in the office in Hennef is required.
