What You'll Learn
- Work in our modern care facilities
- Support nursing staff in caring for and assisting our residents
- Help ensure our residents are happy with their lives
- Help put the care plan and care standards into practice and maintain digital care records
- Help organise cultural and leisure activities that meet residents' needs
- Carry out clinical care tasks and coordinate shifts
Requirements
- Completed one-year training as a qualified care assistant
- Enjoy providing care that meets all our residents' needs
- Strong teamwork skills, high motivation and ability to cope under pressure
- Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and nights
