Agile Process Manager & Jira Application Owner

You want to effectively improve the agile collaboration of teams in the E-Commerce area? In this role, you develop cross-team processes and interfaces further and support our teams with a powerful, needs-based Atlassian/Jira platform. As part of our Strategy & Agile Enablement area, you shape the future ways of working in E-Commerce together with teams and managers. You advise teams and further develop joint agile ways of working. You optimize cross-team processes and design smooth interfaces to adjacent areas, especially IT. You are responsible for standards, workflows, and governance for Jira and Atlassian. You prioritize requirements and introduce important platform changes. You empower users, control and improve processes with the help of meaningful key figures and leading indicators.

• You are responsible for standards, workflows, and governance for Jira and Atlassian.

• You empower users, control and improve processes with the help of meaningful key figures and leading indicators.

• Degree or relevant vocational training with relevant practical experience; Atlassian Certified Professional – Jira Administration for Cloud or comparable qualification as well as Scrum or Kanban certification.
• Several years of experience in designing agile, cross-team processes and as Jira/Atlassian Administrator, Consultant or Application Owner.
• Very good Jira/Atlassian knowledge, especially in workflows, permissions, boards and automations, as well as confident handling of Confluence.
• Experience in translating functional requirements into suitable process and Atlassian solutions; knowledge of process modeling e.g. BPMN 2.0 and process metrics.
• Knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Organizational Development, agile scaling as well as moderation or coaching qualifications is an advantage.
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as pragmatic, solution-oriented collaboration across team boundaries.
• German at least C1, English at least B2, ideally C1.
