Apprenticeship as Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk

Blog post by two apprentices in wholesale and foreign trade management about in-house training. Company employees teach practical and theoretical content about the product range and company processes. The training accompanies the apprenticeship from the first to the third year, once a week for one to two hours, usually in the apprentice training room. It is varied, with product presentations, talks, explainer videos and hands-on practice. Once a year each apprentice gives a short talk on a training topic.
