As the operator of the Lausitz Industrial Park, we create the prerequisites for the industry of tomorrow. Here you will learn about modern technologies, work in a strong team, and take on responsibility early on. This way you actively shape the future of one of the most important industrial sites in the region. You will learn to supply our chemical plants, e.g. for technical plastics, foams, and crop protection products, with energy and guarantee plant availability. In doing so, you install machines and drive units and assemble switching devices and automation systems. Furthermore, you will get to know our brand-new plant for recycling battery materials and are thus right in the middle of the action of electromobility. You record all measures and maintenance-relevant data. Should something not work once, you find the fault and get our plants running again.

• A good intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or a higher school diploma
• Fun in physics, electronics, and manual activities
