Apprenticeship as Plant Firefighter - Training Start 2027

As the site operator of the Industriepark Lausitz, we create the conditions for the industry of tomorrow. With us you get to know modern technologies, work in a strong team and take on responsibility early. The training takes place in cooperation with our network partner QCW in Eisenhüttenstadt and the ÜAZ in Frankfurt/Oder. After training, areas such as the control centre or technical assistance are open to you, along with development opportunities such as (Chief) Fire Officer or the higher fire service.

• Basics of electrical, metal, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology as well as timber construction work for fire service operations
• Legal basics of fire service, fire vehicles, equipment, fire behaviour, extinguishing agents and methods
• Gaining the HGV licence class CE, the German sports badge and qualification as lifeguard and paramedic
• Keeping a cool head in tense situations and ensuring the safety of people and the plant with a watchful eye

• You are at least 16.5 years old on the first day of training.
• A good Mittlere Reife (intermediate school certificate) or a higher school qualification
• Physical fitness and suitability for working at heights
• Technical understanding and manual skill
• A strong sense of responsibility, commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
