You will start a 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant at B. Braun and gain insights into purchasing, sales, human resources, finance and accounting, production planning, logistics, and supply chain management.

Purchasing and procurement: Negotiate with suppliers and procure materials and services Sales: Prepare offers and handle customer inquiries Human resources: Support the recruitment of new talent and organize important training sessions Finance and accounting: Process invoices, determine and analyze key figures, derive courses of action, monitor payments, and prepare financial reports Production planning: Help plan and control production efficiently Logistics: Organize, control, and monitor the flow of goods within the company Supply chain management: Plan, control, and monitor the entire supply chain from raw material to finished product at the customer

A school-leaving qualification by the start of the apprenticeship (intermediate secondary school certificate, entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, or general university entrance qualification) with good grades in mathematics, German, and English Enjoyment of varied tasks and the commitment to actively contribute to your training occupation Trust, respect, and appreciation for other people Responsibility within and for a team in order to turn ideas and goals into reality The ability to reflect on experiences and behavior in order to develop personally and professionally A solution-oriented approach to handling new situations and achieving positive results
