Gehrke Econ offers a trial dual-track programme combining training as a tax clerk with a parallel degree programme leading to a bachelor's degree in tax law or business administration with taxation. Trainees join permanent teams from the start, support financial accounting and tax returns, and learn about digital tax consultancy in practice.

Supporting financial accounting; assisting with tax returns and annual financial statements; professionally supporting clients; assessing tax-related questions; working with digital IT systems.

Abitur or a good intermediate secondary school qualification followed by a business school; good grades in mathematics, German or economics; interest in taxation, business relationships and digital working methods; ability to work in a team, enjoyment of working with people, initiative, reliability, commitment and curiosity.
