Apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration

Gehrke Econ is a leading medium-sized consulting firm in the Hanover region with more than 250 employees. The three-year apprenticeship starts on 2027-08-01 and provides practical experience in a digitally connected and forward-looking working environment.

Planning, installing and configuring complex information and telecommunications systems; maintaining and commissioning server, client and network infrastructure components; identifying and resolving hardware and software faults in server and client infrastructure; advising, supporting and training users; creating system and environment documentation.

Good intermediate school-leaving certificate or university entrance qualification, ideally with a focus on IT or computer science; interest in IT, hardware and software, and technical and business contexts; technical and analytical thinking with a careful working style; initiative, flexibility and willingness to take responsibility; willingness to learn, commitment, teamwork and strong performance.

An apprentice camp with an introductory week; specialist and personal support from a mentor; working hours that can largely be arranged independently; a modern workplace with high technical standards and digital processes; many apprentice colleagues, company events and team activities; training programs plus reimbursement for textbooks and exam-preparation courses; permanent employment opportunities for strong performers; training pay of €1,000 in the first, €1,100 in the second and €1,200 in the third year.
