About this Apprenticeship
Shift supervisor in raw material receiving at the Eberbach site. The company is looking for a skilled worker who leads the shift, controls and monitors the equipment, and makes sure work and hygiene rules are followed.
What You'll Learn
- Implementing the daily production plan as specified; process monitoring and keeping production logs
- Leading the employees on the shift, including training, developing and instructing employees.
- Controlling, operating and monitoring the equipment, driving vehicles, and loading and unloading work.
- Carrying out simple maintenance tasks as instructed (e.g. refilling oil, refueling, replacing seals, etc.); fixing equipment faults and initiating measures.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable work and hygiene rules.
