Working Student Market Monitoring & Sales Controlling

The Sales Management team in Digital Steering is responsible for the overall strategic and financial management of the direct sales channel CosmosDirekt within the Generali Deutschland group. As a working student (m/f/d) in Sales Management, you can expect a varied and exciting working environment.

• You contribute to the further development of the (sales) strategy for the direct channel, coordinating with the relevant departments within CosmosDirekt and the Generali Deutschland Group
• You support the team with reporting and relevant special analyses for the Board
• You take part in generating measures to steer the direct business
• You help prepare documents for relevant committee meetings (especially Board / Supervisory Board meetings and strategy retreats)

• You are studying (e.g. Business Administration or Business Informatics), have proven good academic results and are interested in longer-term work alongside your studies for at least 12 months
• You have a very good understanding of numbers and can quickly grasp complex relationships
• You impress with a careful and independent way of working and good communication skills
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
