Service and Assembly Technician for Iserlohn NW

As a service technician (m/f/d) in the field, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our products at customer sites, both in new buildings and in retrofitting of new products in existing buildings. You ensure the smooth operation of our products, especially automatic door systems, smoke extraction and escape route systems, in new buildings and retrofits. You analyze causes of malfunctions and provide quick, competent solutions. You advise our customers on-site in a solution-oriented manner and are available for technical queries. As the face of GEZE, you represent our company professionally to our customers. You handle customer orders in the area around your place of residence.

Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automatic door systems, smoke extraction and escape route systems in new buildings and retrofits; fault diagnosis and rectification; on-site consulting and customer service; representation of the GEZE brand; management of the service area around the place of residence.

Completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician/electronics technician, or metalworker with basic electrical knowledge; professional experience as a field service technician for electromechanical products; residence in the region; strong service orientation, sales-oriented thinking, and communication skills; Class B driver's license required.
