As a service technician (m/f/d) in the field, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our products at the customer's site, both in new buildings and in retrofitting new products in existing buildings.

Commissioning, maintenance, and repair: ensuring smooth operation of products, especially automatic door systems, smoke extraction and escape route systems, in new buildings and retrofits. Fault diagnosis and rectification: analyzing causes of malfunctions and providing quick, competent solutions. Consulting and customer service: solution-oriented on-site consulting, competent point of contact for technical queries. Brand representation: professional representation of GEZE as the face of the company to customers. Service area management around place of residence: processing customer orders in the vicinity of your home.

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician/electronics technician, or metalworker with basic electrical knowledge. Initial professional experience as a field service technician for electromechanical products and manual dexterity. Residence in the region to reach customers quickly and avoid long travel times. Strong service orientation, sales-oriented thinking, and communication skills. Class B driving license required.
