Rotating through departments such as customer service, dispatch and parcel process control; supporting coordination in the sorting hall and handling special cases in the parcel flow; processing customer enquiries and orders; supporting dispatch; planning workflows; managing documents and appointments; creating presentations, analysing data and using digital office applications; participating in trainee projects.

Good lower or intermediate secondary school certificate, or willingness to restart after deciding that university is not the right path. Organizational skills, helpfulness, enjoyment of practical work, interest in logistics processes, communication skills, openness, curiosity, motivation and willingness to take responsibility.
