Sales Engineer

Grundfos is recruiting a Sales Engineer for the South-East region to grow its Commercial Building Services (CBS) business. Reporting to the CBS Sales Manager, you will develop sales in your region and help market participants define and carry out their projects.

• Develop sales in your region with engineering consultancies, distributors, installers, operators, general contractors and end users.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow your customer portfolio.
• Identify projects at the planning stage and help customers make technical choices.
• Prepare sales proposals, track them and follow up.
• Keep accurate records of your activities in the CRM.
• Apply the company's sales and pricing policies.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• You enjoy meeting customers in the field, know how to build trusting relationships and enjoy sales challenges.
• Ideally, you have:
• Technical and/or commercial training in thermal engineering, hydraulics or energy.
• Experience selling technical solutions, ideally in pumping, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, or building equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service.
• The ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
• A good command of office software and CRM tools.
• Professional English skills.
