Sales Engineer

At Grundfos, we support our customers with innovative and high-performance pumping solutions to address water and energy efficiency challenges. As part of the development of our Commercial Building Services (CBS) business, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for the Western region.

• Develop sales in your sector with design offices, distributors, installers, operators, general contractors, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio.
• Detect projects from the study phase and support clients in their technical choices.
• Prepare, monitor, and follow up on commercial offers.
• Ensure rigorous tracking of your activity in the CRM.
• Apply the company's commercial and pricing policy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• You enjoy field contact, know how to build trusting relationships, and have a taste for commercial challenges.
• You ideally have:
• A technical and/or commercial education in thermal engineering, hydraulics, or energy engineering.
• Experience in selling technical solutions, ideally in the pumping, HVAC, or building equipment sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sense of customer service.
• Strong autonomy and good organizational skills.
• Good command of office tools and CRM.
• Professional level of English.
