Technical Sales Front Office

As a new Technical Sales Front Office, you will support our customers with their technical and commercial requests, providing them with solutions tailored to their pump and water management system needs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their technical and commercial requests via various communication channels
• Analyze customer needs, advise on the most suitable solutions and prepare corresponding commercial offers
• Ensure follow-up of quotes, orders, deliveries and any complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with sales, technical teams and various support functions to ensure efficient and consistent service
• Keep customer information and commercial opportunities up to date in the CRM
• Contribute to the efficiency of customer request processing in line with the company's quality and performance objectives

• Bac+2/3 degree in HVAC engineering, hydraulics, fluid mechanics or similar technical field
• Sense of confidentiality, organizational skills, proactive mindset, anticipation. Strong team spirit, relational ease, ability to work independently, strong results and customer orientation
• Fluent French and good professional English
• Comfortable with IT tools
