At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Salesperson (m/f/d) in internal sales for our branch in 45739 Oer-Erkenschwick.

• Contact person from offer to order processing and support
• Telephone sales and support for our specialist trade customers
• Follow-up of offers and orders as well as customer-oriented service
• Strengthening customer relationships through sound expertise and solution-oriented, friendly appearance
• Inspire customers with the right offers and convince them to buy
• Constructive cooperation with our field sales team

• Knowledge of the SHK construction industry and experience in selling products requiring explanation
• Commercial or technical training in wholesale or retail, preferably with prior experience in the SHK trade
• Genuine passion for sales
• Deep understanding of the daily work in the skilled trades
• Confident user skills in common MS Office programs
• Confident, sympathetic telephone manner
• Team spirit, reliability, and a high level of personal commitment
