Friendly and professional acceptance and forwarding of incoming calls; Reception and care of guests, customers and business partners; Support of the sales team in daily business; Follow-up of offers and support in offer tracking; Maintenance of customer and master data; General administrative and organizational tasks; Processing of incoming mail and other commercial tasks

Friendly and service-oriented demeanor; Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people; Structured, reliable and independent working style; Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications; Commercial experience or comparable qualification an advantage; Team player and organizational skills
